A New You Aesthetic

Soon after my appointment at A New You Aesthetic, I couldn't believe the difference! I went in for Dysport, hoping for some subtle but noticeable aesthetic improvements, and wow, did they deliver. Martha was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the process, which made me feel so comfortable. The results were just what I wanted—natural and fresh! If you’re looking for a place to enhance your look, I highly recommend checking them out. It's a great experience all around!

I couldn’t help but feel disappointed after my latest visit. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to me. It was disheartening because I was really looking forward to my treatment, but the unfriendly atmosphere made it hard to relax. I think a little more focus on customer service would go a long way here. I’ve had better experiences elsewhere, and I hope they can work on their approach.

While I waited for my facial, I felt a mix of excitement and hope for some much-needed stress relief. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The treatment itself had potential, but I left feeling more uncomfortable than relaxed. The staff interaction was less than ideal; I found their bedside manner to be a bit off, and there were moments where I felt my confidentiality wasn’t respected. I believe with a little focus on improving communication and sensitivity with clients, they could create a much better atmosphere. I really wanted to love this place, but it seems they have some work to do.
