What I loved about A New Day Massage & Foot Spa in Nashville was the atmosphere; it really felt like a little oasis. However, my experience took a downturn when it came to payment practices. I felt quite pressured to tip, which honestly left a sour taste after what should have been a relaxing foot massage. I think they could really improve by rethinking how they handle payments and service expectations. It’s a shame because the service itself had great potential!

What drew me to this place was the enticing promise of relaxation and stress relief, but the experience turned out to be quite the opposite. The atmosphere initially felt soothing, but as soon as the therapists started, things took a turn. The staff seemed unprofessional and not very engaging, which really dampened the vibe. Instead of feeling pampered, we were left feeling awkward and pressured. My partner and I expected a rejuvenating experience, but it felt rushed and lacking in care. I think they need to really focus on improving their services and professionalism, and honestly, it might be worth raising their prices a bit instead of relying so heavily on tips. Ultimately, I didn’t leave with the relief I was seeking, and I'm not sure we'll be back.

I had been struggling with sciatica pain, and I was hopeful for some relief. Lucy, my massage therapist, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my concerns before starting. The combination of her skilled hands and the hot stones worked wonders, releasing tension I didn't even realize I was holding. I left feeling like a new person, and my back hasn't felt this good in ages! If you're in need of some serious pampering and pain relief, I can’t recommend this place enough!
