I didn’t expect to leave feeling as disappointed as I did after my visit for the Baby Basic package in Miramar. The atmosphere felt rushed, and honestly, it was a bit awkward. I had high hopes for capturing those precious first glimpses of my little one, but it just didn’t pan out the way I imagined. Allison Norris, who was supposed to guide us through the experience, didn’t really connect with us or make us feel at ease. We didn’t get as many clear images as promised and communication could have been way better. I really wanted this moment to be memorable, but instead, it felt like we were just on a conveyor belt—next! It’s a shame because I know how incredible 3D and 4D ultrasounds can be when done right. I’ll keep searching for a place that offers a warmer atmosphere and better quality service because this moment deserves more than just ‘okay’.
