After my first Israeli dancing session at 92Y, I felt an instant boost. It had been way too long since I danced in a group, and this experience was just what I needed for some social interaction. Everyone was so welcoming, and the instructor really knew his stuff, guiding us through the moves with enthusiasm. There’s something special about sharing that kind of energy in a room full of people. I left feeling joyful and eager to join more classes!

I was really looking forward to learning about Zora Neale Hurston and Ralph Ellison through a class in Manhattan, but I have to say, my experience was pretty disappointing. The class had some interesting content, but when I unexpectedly needed to cancel, I found their return policy to be quite rigid. It was a bit frustrating, especially since I reached out for assistance and found the staff to be unhelpful in addressing my concerns. I truly believe a more flexible return policy would make a huge difference in customer satisfaction. I hope they consider this for the future!

I couldn’t help but feel a bit disappointed after my occasional visits to 92Y. It's a shame because I really wanted to love my gym experience there. The facilities are nice, but I was frustrated by the lack of responsiveness from the staff when I had questions. Additionally, the amenities that were promised during sign-up didn’t always seem to be available, leaving me feeling a bit misled. Plus, the wait times for the elevators can be ridiculous, especially during peak hours. For the price, I expected better service and amenities. If they could step up their game in these areas, it could really transform the experience.
