I walked in with high hopes of finding a serene escape, but my experience was more of a rollercoaster than a smooth ride. I understand that places can get busy, but cleanliness should be a top priority, especially in a wellness space! Also, it felt a bit awkward mainly because I was the only female in a room lined with male therapists. A few more women on staff would definitely help balance things out. I didn’t feel entirely at ease and to me, relaxation is key. Despite my disappointments, I did appreciate the staff’s effort, though they came off as a bit rushed. I think with a bit more attention to cleanliness and perhaps a few more female therapists, this spot could transform into the haven it aims to be. For now, I might just keep my search going for that perfect place to unwind.
