I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked into this salon in Hyde Park, but I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and the warm atmosphere. I came in looking for a fresh hair color and left feeling like a million bucks! The color specialists truly know their craft—they guided me through options that would complement my skin tone, and I couldn't be happier with the balayage I chose. From the wash and set to the final styling, every step was handled with care and expertise. Plus, the staff were friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. If you’re in the area and in need of some hair TLC, I’d highly recommend this spot!

I recently decided it was time to find a new barber, and I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place! From the get-go, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were super friendly. I had my haircut done by Skip, and he really took the time to understand what I wanted. He expertly gave me a fresh trim while offering amazing styling tips—definitely a sign of someone who knows their craft. I left feeling refreshed and confident. I was really looking forward to my haircut, but unfortunately, it didn't turn out as expected. I've had a few haircuts in the past, and I like to keep things simple—a good trim to keep my hair looking fresh. However, this time, the stylist seemed a bit rushed and didn’t listen when I mentioned how much length I wanted to take off. 😕 Now my hair is a little bit shorter than I’d hoped! Maybe it was just an off day for the staff, but I left feeling a bit disappointed. I think next time, I’ll need to be super clear about the length and maybe even bring a photo along! ✂️ Hoping for a better experience next time!
