When I first signed up for a gym membership here, I was really excited about the variety of classes and recovery services they offered. However, my experience quickly became frustrating. I occasionally attend, but each time I've gone, it feels overly crowded and chaotic. It’s tough to enjoy a workout when you’re constantly waiting for equipment or trying to find space in a packed class. On top of that, my interactions with the staff have been less than pleasant. I understand it's a busy place, but a little courtesy goes a long way. I really think they need to improve their customer service and better manage gym capacity to create a more pleasant experience for everyone. It’s disappointing because there’s so much potential here.

I can’t recommend this gym enough! The overall experience has been fantastic, with access to so many facilities—from fun HIIT classes to relaxing yoga sessions. The staff is super knowledgeable and always willing to help if you have questions. My only minor complaint would be the occasional loud music and sometimes people hogging equipment during peak times, but honestly, it’s worth it for the excellent workout variety. I'm definitely seeing improvements in my fitness journey! 💪😊
