My only wish is for them to consider more eco-friendly options for their single-use cups—I’d love to enjoy my elixirs without the worry of waste. One of the best experiences I've had for mind, body, and soul is the Reiki breathwork class at 3rd Eye Cacao. I went in feeling completely stressed out and left with a sense of calm that lasted for days. The combination of breathwork and Reiki truly helped to release the tension I didn’t even realize I was holding onto.
