1960 Physicians Associates

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at 1960 Physicians Associates in Northline Terrace, Houston. During my recent medical consultation, the doctor was attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt heard and valued, which is so important when it comes to health care. The only downside was the wait time, which could definitely be improved. But overall, I left feeling satisfied and confident in my health plan.

What I loved about my experience here was the clear dedication of Dr. Mayor to patient care. There was a genuine effort on his part, especially when it came to addressing my concerns regarding a terminal illness. I appreciated that he took the time to explain treatment options in detail, which made me feel more at ease during such a tough time. However, I did find myself frustrated with some of the staff interactions. There seemed to be a lack of competency among some team members, and communication was not as smooth as I'd hoped. A bit more training and perhaps a focus on clearer communication could really make a positive difference. Overall, while I had a good experience with the treatment, there's definitely room for improvement on the staff side.

From start to finish, my experience at this Houston location had its ups and downs. The medical test I needed was essential, but scheduling the appointment felt like a game of phone tag. I was pretty frustrated trying to confirm when I could come in. It would be really helpful if they could communicate any scheduling issues directly over the phone, just to save everyone the hassle. The staff seemed to care, but the unclear communication left me a bit disappointed. Overall, decent services, but I think there's room for improvement in how they handle appointments. Here's hoping they figure that out!
