Upon entering the clinic in Rockaway, I was greeted by a friendly staff, which was definitely a plus. I had high hopes for the chiropractic care I was seeking to relieve some persistent pain. However, after my adjustment, I actually left feeling worse than when I came in. To be honest, I ended up sustaining a bit of a neck injury, which added to my disappointment. While I appreciate the effort to sell additional services like massage and nutritional advice, it felt more like upselling rather than focusing on my immediate needs. I really wish they could improve patient accommodations and take the time to understand my pain better before suggesting a whole menu of services. It’s a shame because the atmosphere was nice, and the staff was genuinely lovely. Maybe others have had better experiences, but for me, I think I'll be looking elsewhere for my pain relief.
