I have to say, my recent visit was a mixed experience. I went in hoping to address some concerns about my neck alignment. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and were quick to explain the process, which I appreciated. They conducted an examination and even took X-rays to get a better look at the situation. However, I left feeling somewhat disappointed because the outcome revealed no significant issues with my neck. I had hoped for more clarity or at least some recommendations for improvement. It felt like I went in with concerns and came out with just a confirmation that everything was fine, which was not what I expected. I think honesty is key, and it would have been great if they'd been more upfront about my condition, rather than possibly exaggerating the problems I thought I had. While I might consider returning for another assessment in the future, I do hope for a more transparent interaction next time.
